Omni Tech can provide data conversion to and from almost any electronic format and provide you with properly identified, translated and clearly organized information, either in print, native file or TIFF images.
If, for example, a relevant document contains 50 pages, Omni can convert it (and the corresponding foreign language version) into 50 TIFF images for use in a discovery review database. Documents that are produced are numbered using a predetermined Bates numbering system and placed in a Load File.
Omni Tech can provide the results of e-discovery in one of several formats: printed paper, "native file," or as TIFF images.
3) Coding, indexing, Correlation Bates numbering
Large-scale legal procedures can produce significant amounts of foreign language material. You need to know what you have and whether it is relevant to your case.
Coding is one option for attorneys and legal teams to better manage sizeable volumes of foreign language data.
Our translators will examine your documents and code them according to categories that are most useful to your case. You can then use this information to determine which documents require translation and which do not, thereby avoiding long time delays and the expense of translating non-relevant material.

Omni Tech can assign unique identifiers to every file, graphic element or piece of paper in any numeric or alphanumeric format that will suit your needs. Furthermore, we organize all materials in order to create direct correlation between the original foreign language document and its corresponding translation, allowing for on-the-spot retrieval and validation.
